1. RRR - this is the same guy with all those black/orange cars, except on the Bugatti the combination actually looks good. What's "rice", is spelling out your own initials in diamonds. This is no different than a girl with a civic spelling out her name with glitter, except of course on a whole other level. It seems like he also has the RRR badge in orange.
