1. Modified Headlights - apparently the headlights covers were removed. And no, this isn't just maintenace, since the headlights are always hermetically sealed units.
2. The Camo Paint job - a bad one at that, since it just looks like the paint ran.
3. The star sticker - my guess is that the car is supposed to resemble a guerilla fighter, or something along those lines.
